Family,

There will be no practice this week. Our winter conditioning period ended last Thursday. We will take this week off to prepare for our Outdoor Season which starts Monday 26, February 2018. Monday’s practice will at Pratt Park located 120 River Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22405. We will try to start at 5:30 pm, to ensure the athletes receive a proper warmup. Practice will end at 6:30pm or right before dusk (Weather Permitting). Because the park officials close the gates to Pratt Park prior to dusk, please park on the back lot of the YMCA on Butler and walk across the field to the playground (starting point for the running course). If we experience inclement weather, we will move practice indoors to one of our winter conditioning facilities. Please ensure your athlete is dressed appropriately for the weather with several layers and a hat. For those families that have not completed outdoor registration and have an outstanding balance the administrator and treasury will be standing by to assist you. Thank you and we will see you then.
