Community Service 5 April 2019
Teammates
On 5 April 2019, we have an opportunity to give back to the community. Please join us at Shiloh Baptist Church New Site, 525 Princess Ann Street, Fredericksburg; as we will have an opportunity to feed some of Fredericksburg homeless from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Hope to see you there.

If you have not submitted your registration packets and or payment please do so. We need to have everything finalized by Friday.

2019 Season Schedule
Parents and Athletes
The 2019 Season Schedule is attached. Please note that meets in red have not appeared in Coach O. For our new parents Coach O is the platform we use to register for AAU and USATF certified meets. Dates are subject to change based on Coach O. We will keep you abreast of changes as they become available to us. Our first event is a fundraiser on 24 March 2019 at Outback on Worth Ave followed by a community service event on 5 April 2019. More information will be provided on these two events. Our first meet is 13 April in Richmond.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
Family,
If you a new member or a parent of a returning Athlete and have not turned in your registration paperwork and or payment, we ask that you do so as soon as possible. The first Uniform order must be placed on March 11 to ensure its delivery prior to the first track meet in April. If you are unable to make full payment by 11 March, please note will be unable to order your Athletes uniform at that time. If you have any questions regarding your remaining balance, please see Coach Mike.

We have less than 25 days before we begin training in preparation for the 2019 season. We are still experiencing a very challenging winter. Therefore, here are a few more workouts that can be used to give our athletes a leg up on the competition. All of these workouts are body weight exercises and do not require equipment.
