Practice will be at Shiloh Baptist Church (New Site) !!

Practice will be held today at Shiloh Baptist Church (New Site), at 525 Princess Anne Street. Start time is 5:45. For those participants in this weekend’s Indoor Meet at Boo Williams we will be collecting meet fees today. The meet fee is $14.00.

Open House 21 January 2018

Open house will be held on Sunday 21 January 2018 from 3:00 to 5:00pm at England Run Library.

Returning athletes are encouraged to complete the returning athlete form to ensure a place on the team.

BWSP 9th Annual Indoor T & F Track 757 Meet Sunday, January 21

Family,

Per our discussion at Tuesday’s practice, the following is some information regarding the 2nd BWSP Track 757 Meet on Sunday, 21 January 2018. Specific meet information is currently not available; however, the information provided is routine and typically applies to all Boo William indoor meets. I anticipate more detailed information will be provided for dissemination by next week.

Meet Location: Boo William Sportsplex, 5 Armistead Pointe Pkwy, Hampton, VA 23666

Fees: ALL COACHES AND SPECTATOR FEE $7 – NO EXCEPTIONS! Kids Under 5 free.

What is allowed in the facility: NO FAST FOOD OR COOLERS LARGER THAN A LUNCH BAG WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE FACILITY (All bags will be subject to inspection by Security) Doors Open at 7:30am, First Call at 8:30am

Meet Fees: $12 per athlete. Athletes planning to attend the meet must pay their meet fees by 16 January 2018. Entries will close on 17 January 2018.

Entries: Preliminary entries for events for athletes that attended Tuesdays meeting have been made and will reviewed at this Thursdays practice.

Due to some unexpected repairs as a result of the recent weather, Vision Community Church will not be available for practice. Instead, we we will be practicing at Shiloh Baptist Church (New Site). The address is 513 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22404. Practice will be from 5:45pm – 7:00pm. Hope to see you there tomorrow!!!
