Family,
Thank you all for your prayers. I’m back to normal and ready to get back to the mission of getting our Athletes ready for the 2018 season. We will be returning to our bi-weekly practices starting this Tuesday (9th January) weather permitting. I pray you had a wonderful Christmas and New Years in celebration with family and friends.R/ Coach Ken
Coach Ken has been released from the hospital and is on his way home. Thank you for all of your prayers. Please continue to lift him and his family up.

Tuesday and Thursday practice suspended until 9 January 2018 so that all can enjoy the Christmas and New Years Holiday festivities. Please ensure your athlete continue to log there miles. With God’s Blessing I pray we see you all in 2018!!
