Family,I inadvertently left out the ages 9-12 for tonight’s practice. Please see the below sessions:
1. The first session will be from 5:45 -6:20pm for ages 6 – 9 years old,
2. The second session will be from 6:20 – 6:50pm for 10-13 years old
3. The final session will be from 6:50 – 7:20pm for 14-17 years old.
Again, Vision Community Church is located at 410 Deacon Road Fredericksburg, VA 22406.
Practice at Vision Community Church will be conducted in three sessions based on ages. The first session will be from 5:45 -6:20pm for ages 6 – 8 years old, the second session will be from 6:20 – 6:50pm for 11-13 years old and the final session will be from 6:50 – 7:20pm for 14-17 years old. These training sessions can slide a little to right, but will not extend past 7:30pm. Please ensure your athlete has plenty of water. No food consumption is allowed during the training sessions. See you there.

Family,We do not typically hold practices on Friday. We will see all on Monday at Pratt Park (weather permitting) at 5:45. In the meantime, if you can have your athlete run at least two miles between today and Sunday to ensure they stay loose that will help in accelerating there conditioning. Thanks for your cooperation and again we will see you on Monday.
As you know we are experiencing inclement weather today. Never-the-less, our athletes need to do something. I need your athlete to do 50 or more (depending on age) sit-ups, 20 minutes of stretching, and 10 minutes jogging on the treadmill at 4 or 5 speed (less for ages 8 and under) If a treadmill is unavailable, please have them run in place for 10 minutes.

Please note if the images appear to small, click on them and they will magnify. After the 10 minute jogging session please have your athletes do 10 – 20 seconds of Static Stretching. Static Stretching is defined as sitting and holding the exercise position for 10-20 seconds (No Bouncing). Please have them do Static Stretching for exercises 15 -19 of the exercise chart (see above link). Hopefully, the weather will be okay tomorrow.
