The following volunteers are needed for the Simulated Track Meet to be held at Colonial Forge on 8 April 2017 from 0900 to 1400. Please note that setup starts at 0900. Agents of Change starts 1000.

Distro Water

Clean-up

In conjunction with with Agents of Change being held on 8 April 2017 at Colonial Forge High School, we will host a simulated track meet. We encourage our athletes to participate in this fun event. Volunteers will be needed to make this a success.

PRACTICE FOR 23 MARCH - GAYLE MIDDLE SCHOOL!!

Family,

It’s time to turn it up again! Practice will be held today at Gayle Middle School located at 100 Panther Drive, Fredericksburg, VA. This is an opportunity for us to introduce the athletes to the track. Spikes are not needed. Practice will start at 5:45. Athletes should dress appropriately to include sweat pants and a long sleeve shirt or hoodie/jacket. Ensure athletes have water. See you on the track.
