As a reminder, practice this week will be held at North Stafford(Today/Tuesday) and Gayle Middle (Wednesday/Thursday). Practice will be held at 5:45pm each day.

If your are out of town over the break, please have your athlete run 1 1/2 to 2 miles on a flat surface or sandy beach, or do a 45 min jog on the treadmill at a 3-5 incline with a speed of 3-6..

Volunteers are needed to represent the team at Belk’s in Spotsylvania Towne Centre for the below listed dates.

April 21 and 28: 6:30 to 8:30
April 22: 10-12
April 23: 3- 5

Volunteers will man a table to sell coupons for the sale.
