Parents and Athletes,
On Sunday 8 March 2020, all are invited to a meet and greet from 4-6pm at Vision Community Church located at 410 Deacon Road. Light refreshments will be provided. This is a great opportunity to meet all of the coaches and all of the athletes.
For high school athletes who will be joining after the high school season, we encourage you to come.
This will also be the final opportunity for uniform try-ons.
Please RSVP to Coach Paulette no later than Thursday 5 March 2019.

Today’s practice is at Vision Community Church at 5:30pm. Vision Community Church is located at 410 Deacon Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22405. Today’s training session will consist of Tabata Core. We have 5 slots for parents who get there early and want to participate. Here is a chance to reinforce the bond with your athlete and show that you still got it. Hope to see you there!!!
