Xavier and Quentin’s grandmother passed away this week. The funeral will be this Saturday in Norfolk. Please pray for peace and comfort for the Woolfolk family.

Practice will be held at Gayle Middle School Today at 5:45 weather permitting. Please ensure your athlete brings running shoes and water.

Practice will be at North Stafford today at 5:45pm – 7:00pm. It will be another warm day, Request that parents and or coaches bring at least 1 tent if possible, I will bring additional water and Ice. Please ensure your athlete has running shoes, spikes and water. This is the last day at North Stafford this week due to preparations for Graduation Saturday.
