Practice will be at North Stafford today at 5:45pm – 7:00pm. It will be another warm day, Request that parents and or coaches bring at least 1 tent if possible, I will bring additional water and Ice. Please ensure your athlete has running shoes, spikes and water. This is the last day at North Stafford this week due to preparations for Graduation Saturday.

Practice will be at North Stafford today at 5:45pm – 7:15pm. Due to today’s heat index, request that parents and or coaches bring three tents if possible. Additionally, Please ensure your athlete has running shoes, spikes and plenty of water.
