Practice will be at North Stafford today at 5:45pm. Please ensure your athlete has running shoes, spikes and water.

Family,

We will practice today at 5:45pm at North Stafford. Please ensure your athlete brings running shoes, spikes, and water. Please note that attendance at practice this week and attendance at this weekend’s District Meet is very important as they are only advancing the top 16. If an athlete does not attend this weekend’s meet, he/she will be ineligible to compete at the National Qualifier the weekend of the 23-25th.
