We will NOT have practice today as we prepare for the meet tomorrow.

The meet will be held at Freedom High School located at 15201 Neabsco Mills Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22191. Please arrive at 6pm so that we can set up and warmup before the track is closed. The meet is scheduled to start at 7pm with a rolling schedule. Currently there is only one person registered in the 3000; therefore the 200 will start close to 7. The meet schedule is below:

Parents being that we have the PWC meet on Friday, we will not have practice tomorrow Friday, July 14.

Parents, there is a meet in Woodbridge. It’s start at 7:00pm Friday July 15. If you are interested in attending please respond by 10:30am. The meet closes at 12:00 noon tomorrow. It’s running event only. Sorry for the late notice, they are trying to see who are interested in attending.
