Practice will commence today at 5:45pm at Vision Community Church, 410 Deacon Road, Fredericksburg, VA. Please ensure you are dress warm from head to toe. All practice participants must have a complete physical annotated on an Athletic Participation/ Parent Consent /Physical Examination Form.
