Today's 2nd To None Physical Fitness Homework Assignment

Athletes,

If you are in town the track at James Monroe is a good place to work out today. Ask Mom or Dad to take you there. It’s important that you do something today because we will be picking up the pace to prepare for our upcoming meets. Do not lose your conditioning! If you can’t get to the track, just use the times on a treadmill or jump rope and go hard! Ensure you do your normal warm-up, cool down, and stretch before you start today’s workout.

The following is today’s workout.

Sprinters:
Today- 20 min run, finishing with (6) 100 Meter sprints.

Distance:
Today – 2 to 3 Mile Run
