The Voice of Democracy Program is a scholarship offer open to grades 9-12 (Oct. 31 deadline), who are enrolled in a public, private or home study program in the United States and its territories. The program provides an opportunity for students to compete for grand prize: $30,000 paid directly to the American college, university or vocational/technical school of their choice! Please have your student athlete take advantage of this excellent opportunity to pay for college. If you are interested have your student submit their entry to VFW Fredericksburg Post 3103 at 2701 Princess Anne St, Fredericksburg, VA 22401-3234, by midnight, Oct. 31.
