Today will be a beautiful day to get out with your Athlete. Take them to Pratt Park and utilize the following workout plan:Ages 6-9yrs = 1 Mile Warmup + 1 Mile Cool Down: total: 2miles
6 Hill Runs between Miles
Ages 10 – 17= 1 Mile Warmup + 1 Mile + 1 Mile Cool Down; total: 3 Miles
6 Hill Runs between Miles
This crisis will pass and we need them to be ready!!! Continue to exercise social distance.
