At practice today the projected high will be 92 and the low 89. Please encourage your athlete to drink water throughout the day and ensure they have water at practice.

Katie has been inducted to the National Junior Honor Society. A true athlete and scholar. Keep up the hard work.

We will be participating in the 13th annual Technique Relays this Saturday, 20 May 2017 at Norview High School located at 6501 Chesapeake Boulevard, Norfolk, VA.

The handout will be available tomorrow. Report time will be 0730 with field events starting at 0830 and run events starting at 0900.

There is a parent/coaches relay. I have three volunteers and need one more to complete the team. Thank you Steve, Iris and Naomi for volunteering.

If you will not be attending the meet this week, I must know today at practice or you can email me.

Practice is at Pratt Park at 5:45pm.
