Due to pending thunderstorms practice today is cancelled. Please have your athlete do stretches and core exercises. If you have an indoor bicycle or treadmill have them get in a few miles.

I regret to inform everyone that the meet scheduled for 23 April has been cancelled on “Coach O”. There will NOT be a meet this weekend. I will have more information at practice today. The next potential meet will be 15 May in Henrico, VA.
