We will practice today at 5:45pm at North Stafford. Please ensure your athlete brings running shoes, spikes, and water. Please note that attendance at practice this week and attendance at this weekend’s District Meet is very important as they are only advancing the top 16. If an athlete does not attend this weekend’s meet, he/she will be ineligible to compete at the National Qualifier the weekend of the 23-25th.

It’s seems that we may be able to get a practice in today after all. We will practice today at 5:45pm at North Stafford. Please ensure your athlete brings running shoes, spikes, and water. If there are any changes in the weather we will cancel and try again tomorrow. Please note that attendance at practice this week is very important as they are only advancing the top 16 to the National Qualifier the weekend of the 23-25th. Also, anyone who does not compete this weekend will be ineligible to compete the weekend of the 23rd – 25th. Additionally, if anyone does not make the top 16 this week, they will be ineligible to compete at the National Qualifier.
