Malcom, has done it again. Malcom is a 4 time Great Train Race winner and has did it since he was 8 years old. Please join me in congratulating Malcom for his latest achievement.

Practice will be held at Colonial Forge High School at 5:45pm. If you have spikes, please ensure you bring them along with your running shoes or running flats. Colonial Forge High is located at 550 Courthouse Rd, Stafford, VA 22554.
