Due to weather forecast, Practice will be held again today at Vision Community Church at 5:45 pm. There will be no session workouts today. We will continue our core work with a few more exercises. The athletes will continue to be separated by age groups. Please ensure your athlete has plenty of water. No food consumption is allowed during the training sessions. See you there.

Please see the attached flyer for our fish fry fundraiser. Thank you to those who have already volunteered. There are slots still available.

Due to weather forecast, Practice will be held today at Vision Community Church in three sessions based on ages. The first session will be from 5:45 -6:20 pm for ages 6 – 10 years old, the second session will be from 6:20 – 6:50pm for 11-13 years old and the final session will be from 6:50 – 7:20pm for 14-17 years old. These training sessions can slide a little to right, but will not extend past 7:30pm. Please ensure your athlete has plenty of water. No food consumption is allowed during the training sessions. See you there.

As a reminder, practice this week will be held at North Stafford(Today/Tuesday) and Gayle Middle (Wednesday/Thursday). Practice will be held at 5:45pm each day.

North Stafford is located at 839 Garrisonville Rd, Stafford, VA 22554 and Gayle Middle is located at 100 Panther Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22406. See you there !!

If your are out of town over the break, please have your athlete run 1 1/2 to 2 miles on a flat surface or sandy beach, or do a 45 min jog on the treadmill at a 3-5 incline with a speed of 3-6..
